It appears that former President Donald Trump took a new approach to his second deposition before the lawyers who represent the office of New York Attorney General Letitia James.
The Department of Justice has arrested a lower-enlisted member of the Massachusetts Air National Guard on suspicion that he was the person behind the well-publicized leak of U.S. intelligence relating to the war in Ukraine.
Some have objected to the decision since technically taxpayers will foot the bill.
An appeals court ruling keeps the life-ending drug available for purchase by consumers but allows some restrictions to remain in place that will limit its availability.
“The evidence further suggests that Biden officials in the Executive Office of the President and the Department of Justice unlawfully abused their power and then lied about it to the American people,” Reed D. Rubinstein stated.
“In my mind, it’s the Chinese government telling Joe Biden, ‘We got the goods on you, buddy. And we’re willing to dish it up,’” Sen. Ron Johnson said.
“The proposal appears to be an attempt to twist HIPAA to use it as a bludgeon against the Dobbs decision and interfere with cooperation with law enforcement,” former Health and Human Services Office of Civil Rights director Roger Severino warned.
