Another IRS official confirms that there were roadblocks that protected Hunter Biden from serious felony charges.

Darrell Waldon was an IRS official previously on that investigation for two years. The Washington Examiner obtained a transcript of his closed-door testimony to the House Ways and Means Committee. In it, Waldon stated that he believed in the strength of the case against the president’s son.

But special counsel David Weiss took the case to prosecutors in both the District of Columbia and California who in turn declined to take it up. Both attorneys were appointed by President Joe Biden.

Attorney General Merrick Garland previously said under oath that Weiss had full authority to bring charges in any state. Yet Waldon is now the fourth agent to say that wasn’t true.

This was a contentious point between Garland and Oversight Chairman Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) on Wednesday.
