It looks like international allies are on the move, as two major world meetings are on the horizon.

In the West, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is expected at the White House and on Capitol Hill next week. His trip comes as Congress is debating President joe Biden’s latest $24 billion request in military and humanitarian aid for Ukraine.

Meanwhile, in the East, Russian President Vladimir Putin has accepted an invitation by Kim Jong Un to visit North Korea.

This comes as Kim visited Moscow to strengthen ties with Russia. The two leaders discussed North Korea aiding Moscow in its war against Ukraine, in exchange for Russian technology to help launch North Korean satellites, which have failed in spectacular fashion in previous launch attempts.

During the visit, Kim stated that North Korea’s “very first priority is relations with the Russian Federation.”
