Things have taken an interesting turn in the fight for life, where a new study arrived at the undebatable conclusion that abortion negatively impacts women’s mental health.

Experts at the Charlotte Lozier Institute found that women who abort their first pregnancy are more likely to require mental health treatment, compared to those who gave birth to their child.

The study followed over 4,800 Medicaid-enrolled women across 17 years and seven states, all with no prior histories of mental health struggles. The data showed that women who aborted their first pregnancy had almost four times more outpatient visits and almost six times more hospital admissions than women who gave birth.

Prominent pro-life advocate Lila Rose of Live Action says the data speaks for itself.
