Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis has announced a nationwide sheriff’s coalition aimed at combating crime arising from the border crisis.

The coalition includes more than 90 sheriffs from 24 different states. These include red and blue states, such as Arizona, California, Tennessee, and New York.

In a letter, DeSantis and the sheriffs express their commitment to securing the border, while also calling on the federal government to address the crisis.

Meanwhile, one sheriff says the rising flow of drugs across the border is one of the biggest issues at hand.
