As the U.S. continues to struggle under inflation, Fed Chair Jerome Powell told Congress Wednesday that more interest-rate hikes will likely be needed.

His testimony before the House Financial Services Committee comes after the Fed last week decided to keep rates unchanged for now.

The decision marked the first time since March 2022 that the Fed ended a policy meeting without raising rates.
