Reverend Franklin Graham started his “God Loves You Tidewater Tour” this weekend.
The tour features contemporary Christian music and will visit six smaller cities along the East Coast. It opened in Maryland on Saturday.
At least 17,500 people have attended the services so far, and Graham says his team has already witnessed hundreds of salvations.
Of course, Graham is heavily associated with his father, the late Billy Graham. The evangelism giant preached the gospel to nearly 215 million people over the course of his lifetime. His crusades impacted multiple generations.
While it’s hard to know how great of an impact the late Graham had, it’s clear his legacy continues even today through the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association.
Meanwhile, Franklin has led events in all 50 states and in 49 different countries. He’s led over 27,000 people to come to know the Lord.
Meanwhile, Billy Graham’s grandson, Will, is also a member of the association who has spoken on six different continents.
