Senate Republican leader Mitch McConnell said he was back at home on Saturday. He underwent inpatient physical therapy after suffering a concussion when he tripped and fell at a Washington, D.C., hotel this month.
In a statement, McConnell said he was “going to follow the advice of my physical therapists and spend the next few days working … from home.” He said he hopes to return to the Senate soon.
Meanwhile, Biden’s pick to lead the Federal Aviation Administration has withdrawn his name from consideration.
