Data brought to light by a whistleblower indicates that in Pennsylvania, an election official plotted to recreate election data from the November 2020 presidential election, later bragging that the Democrat district attorney “owes him.”
According to a report in The Federalist, the alleged fraud took place in Delaware County, Pennsylvania where video recordings show officials in that county looking to hide state election law violations.
Multiple videos have surfaced and while some show officials destroying election material or blocking out “derogatory” information that was requested in the Right to Know Request, the most recent video shows officials talking about putting “blank” drives into the election machines to record the results in order to recreate the election results as reported by the county.
Information about the incident was brought forward by whistleblower Regina Miller, who has the latest evidence of fraud by officials in the county. According to Miller, she worked as a contract employee for Delaware County and reportedly secretly recorded the behind-the-scenes videos of what she witnessed from election officials.
The video shows the chief custodian and voting machine warehouse supervisor for the Delaware County Voting Machine Department during the November 2020 election, James Savage, talking to another official who cannot be seen discussing the Right to Know Request, and Savage can be heard inquiring about “recreating data.”
The off-camera official seemed to reference the person(s) who made the request as “these jokers,” and talked about what it would take to recreate the results saying that they could “then create another set for the next set of jokers …but we cut it up and then we create a permanent record,” the official explains.
“Here you go, here you go,” the election official is heard saying, mimicking what they could say as they provide the “jokers” with the supposedly official election-data documentation. The unseen individual then continues, “We scan those cut, copied sheets in.”
“The first part has a lot of work, but it might save us work in the long run, if it’s gonna be a drip, drip, drip,” Savage is seen saying. The pair then seem to agree that they would need to go to every machine with a clean drive if they plan to accomplish what they were discussing.
Video of the interaction can be seen here.
The Federalist requested comment from Savage’s attorney, but he did not respond to requests for comment on the videos.
A source familiar with the recordings said that Miller’s videos are just the latest in a long string of evidence that officials in the state of Pennsylvania attempted to hide violations of the state election laws. The Federalist reported that a fraud lawsuit filed last month against Delaware County cites the videos as part of their evidence that the officials destroyed data in response to a May 21, 2021 Right to Know Request filed with Delaware County.
The request that supposedly prompted the destruction of records was for the final certified return sheets from the Nov. 3, 2020 general election for all Delaware County precincts. It also included a request for tapes from the voting machines themselves, as many were concerned about tampering with electronic voting in the last election.
This isn’t the first time Savage, in particular, has been caught on tape, but the previous video showed someone (identified as Savage by those familiar with the situation) with James Allen, the director of election operations for Delaware County where Allen can be heard telling Savage, “Then get rid of the pads and the second scanners,” to which Savage replied that they “can’t talk about it anymore” and, after Allen questioned why, Savage replied, “It’s a felony.”
This prompted the fraud complaint against the Delaware County officials.
Two other video clips with Savage have come to light, one where he brags that the local district attorney “owes” him because of his experience with elections from the other side:
“I was the vice-chair of the Democratic Party,” Savage is heard saying. “I was like Jack’s progressive shield, he held me up” — an apparent reference to Delaware County D.A. Jack Stollsteimer. Savage also explains he served as Jack’s “buffer.”
