Seven candidates took the stage Wednesday night for the second Republican primary debate.

It was a heated and oftentimes chaotic event. Topics ranged from the border to Ukraine. Other hot-button topics included abortion and Donald Trump, who again skipped the debate.

But in between these topics was chaos and confusion. Candidates often argued over one another, sometimes multiple at a time.
