The European Union just revealed a memo directly undercutting President Biden’s narrative about the corrupt practices of Ukrainian Prosecutor Viktor Shokin.

Back in 2015, then Vice-President Biden pressured Ukraine to fire the prosecutor by withholding US loan guarantees saying Shokin was corrupt. But a week later, the EU reached internal consensus saying that Shokin’s office had made “enormous progress” fighting corruption, organized crime, and human trafficking.

Essentially, they were directly contradicting Biden’s claims, saying Shokin was clean.

But at the time, the Ukrainian prosecutor was investigating the activities of energy company Burisma – who was then paying Hunter Biden at least $83,000 a month as one of its board members.
