Tuesday, Oklahoma Gov. Kevin Stitt signed the Women’s Bill of Rights into law, thereby protecting female spaces from biological men.
The executive order defines sex under state laws as a person’s gender at birth. KJRH 2 News Oklahoma reports that Stitt is the first governor in the country to put such a law into place via executive order. Kansas, Montana, and Tennessee have passed similar bills through their legislatures.
