With 2024 right around the corner and Joe Biden’s approval rating stagnating in the low 40s, even some Democrats are voicing concern. Democratic Rep. Dean Phillips of Minnesota telling NBC host Chuck Todd voters want someone else.

A CNN poll from June found 3 out of 4 Democrats want someone other than Biden to run for president. It remains unclear who might replace Biden, given the unpopularity of his natural successor, Vice President Kamala Harris.
