The Bud Light boycotts are still going strong.
According to the latest parent company report, revenues fell by more than 10% in the third quarter compared to the same period last year. Anheuser-Busch said that a “volume decline of Bud Light” in the U.S. is the primary reason for its lackluster sales. Operating profits also dropped by 30%.
The harsh decline in sales happened after the company’s controversial partnership with trans influencer Dylan Mulvaney.
While the U.S. market for Anheuser-Busch suffers, the beer company is making up for its losses internationally. The beer company’s total revenue went up by 7% this last quarter.
