Wednesday was an intense day on Capitol Hill .

Special Council John Durham testified before the House Judiciary Committee about his report on the origins of the Trump-Russia investigation and restated his findings that the FBI had no evidence of collusion when they launched the investigation.

Durham shared with Committee Chairman Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) his belief that the Obama administration and higher-ups in the FBI kept investigators in the dark about the Clinton campaign’s connection to the Trump-Russia Allegations.

Most criticisms of Durham came from Democrats, who accused him of covering for former President Donald Trump. But some attacks came from the Republican side of the aisle.

Specifically, Florida Congressman Matt Gaetz grilled Durham for not being not being aggressive enough with his investigation and failing to bring sufficient charges.
