A former abortionist recently shared his story of how he became a pro-life advocate.

Former abortionist John Bruchalski once performed abortions as part of his work with a Virginia pregnancy center.

On the same night, two expecting moms came into the clinic at around 22 to 23 weeks pregnant. One was in pre-term labor and wanted the child. The doctor worked to stop the labor.

But while working to stop one labor for one woman, he intentionally triggered pre-term labor for the second. The baby boy was born alive and making noise.

Normally, an abortionist would suffocate the child. But instead, he weighed the boy.

At 505 grams, just a little over 1 pound, the state of Virginia legally considered the infant to be human life.

He called a NICU nurse to come care for the child. The baby boy lived under the nurse’s care.

But that night sparked a change-of-heart in the doctor. He stopped doing abortions. Eventually, God changed his life completely and he founded a pro-life OBGYN clinic in Virginia.
