On Wednesday the would-be assassin of Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh was indicted by a federal grand jury with attempted murder.  In related news, the 18-year-old behind the racially motivated mass shooting at a Buffalo grocery store was charged with 26 counts of federal hate crimes and firearms offenses.
