Another hurricane is making its way to the U.S. coast today, specifically Louisiana. Weather.com stated that the storm strengthened overnight on Wednesday and is currently on a trajectory to make landfall Thursday, October 28th. There is currently a hurricane warning for many cities and communities in Louisiana and a tropical storm warning for communities in surrounding states such as Florida and Georgia.
The hurricane is expected to land as a Category 2 storm, meaning it will have strong winds that “will cause extensive damage,” according to the National Hurricane Center’s definition. Here is a live mapping of the hurricane’s path, including the expected trajectory provided by Zoom Earth.
