President Joe Biden expended the last of his fresh rhetorical ammunition Wednesday night. In a stump speech that he dressed as an urgent televised address to the nation, Biden attempted to paint some number of Republicans ⁠— he remained imprecise on how many ⁠— as a pressing threat to Democracy. 

ABC, CBS, and NBC evening newscast election coverage tilts overwhelmingly in favor of Democrats, according to a new study from the Media Research Center.

Researchers with the Boston-based business tracker surveyed almost 5,000 randomly selected small business owners. They found that 37% of them weren’t able to pay their rent on time and in full in October, compared to 30% in September.

While the high court decided not to allow undated votes to be counted, it did call for “Pennsylvania county boards of elections [to] segregate and preserve” the undated ballots, citing the Voting Rights clause of the federal code, which states that an individual cannot be denied the right “to vote in any election because of an error or omission on any record … if such error or omission is not material in determining whether such individual is qualified under State law to vote in such election.”

RCP now projects that Arizona, Georgia, Nevada, and New Hampshire will give Republicans a 54 to 46 Senate advantage.
