The phones of at least nine U.S. State Department employees were hacked by an unknown person using sophisticated Israeli spyware. Four sources “familiar with the matter” reported that the unknown attacker, using Israeli NSO Group spyware, targeted the iPhones of state officials either working in Uganda or involved, in some official capacity, with the East African country, according to Reuters.

Throughout the last month, the Roman Catholic institution Loyola Marymount University has come under fire from Roman Catholics and Protestants alike for holding a fundraising event for the notorious pro-abortion organization Planned Parenthood. The university, which became famous in the last few years for its most well-known basketball fan, the nun Sister Jean, hosted the event for Planned Parenthood on November 5.
