A group of over 400 current and former Republican officials and politicians have signed a letter urging GOP senators to codify same-sex marriage into federal law.

Death penalty could be off table for 9/11 terrorists as Biden admin reportedly negotiates plea deals
Prosecutors initially sought the death penalty for the five men who also face charges of terrorism and the hijacking of U.S. planes, among numerous other crimes.
U.S. Customs and Border Patrol Commissioner Chris Magnus apologized for the Twitter activity of his organization’s West Texas office when it was revealed that the account in question contained tweets from a Trump associate who painted the situation at the southern border in unflattering terms.
“Whether Russia tries in some fashion to stir the pot, to create a distraction from Ukraine, is something we’re always concerned about,” Blinken told reporters at an event in Indiana, adding that Russia could also use its influence in the region to help “calm the waters.”
