One pro-life activist is taking on British law in the fight for life.

Livia Tossici-Bolt, together with her legal counsel at Christian Concern, is challenging a local Public Space Protection Order, or PSPO. The order criminalizes offers of help and prayer outside abortion clinics.

Tossici-Bolt’s lawyers argue that the order makes no distinction between public and private dwellings.

This means if someone is seen praying against abortion in their home across the street from the clinic, or even if they hang a pro-life sign in their window, they could be fined.

Now, Tossici-Bolt is looking to fight the order, saying local councils do not have the power to reach into private dwellings in this manner.
