A drag show protest turned violent after Antifa counter-protestors showed up on the scene.

The incident happened over the weekend in Fort Worth where the group Protect Texas Kids planned a demonstration against a drag show. But counter-protestors crashed the event.

Officials described this second group as “dressed in black, wearing helmets and outer tactical vests, and many of them were armed with handguns and long guns.”

One of these counter-protesters assaulted Protect Texas Kids with pepper spray. He was later resisted arrest with the help of others in his group. Police arrested three people, who have all since posted bail.

Protect Texas Kids says they have dealt with intimidation at all their events for a year now.
