The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 312.54 points, or 0.92%, to 33,796.1, the S&P 500 lost 43.3 points, or 1.08%, to 3,976.35 and the Nasdaq Composite dropped 157.77 points, or 1.4%, to 11,099.04.

In a move that seems to prove there are no limits to ‘cancel culture,’ world-renowned neurosurgeon and presidential candidate Dr. Ben Carson could soon see his name removed from Benjamin Carson High School of Science and Medicine in his hometown of Detroit. 

St. Rose of Lima Church, where many of the slain 6- and 7-year-olds had worshipped, will hold its annual memorial Mass at 7 p.m. It is one of five churches offering services or opening their doors for prayer, according to the Newtown Bee.

About 60% of those churches polled are planning to hold worship services on both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

“They have no community or family ties in Uganda, and the offense with which they are charged currently is of grave nature attracting a penalty of life imprisonment, therefore their likelihood to abscond from bail is really, really high,” prosecutor Joan Keko told the court.
