Two men have been indicted in Ohio on criminal charges after being accused of cheating last month during a Lake Erie fishing tournament by placing weights and fillets of other fish inside walleyes in a scheme to win prize money of more than $28,000 for landing the heaviest fish.

“Students graduating from high schools across the country today are less prepared for life, work, and even college. It is time for state education dollars to follow students, not systems, which would allow parents to remove their kids from failing government schools,” Laura Zorc, executive director of Building Education for Students Together, said.
