The study of over 365,000 individuals in the UK between the ages of 50 to 74 found that participants who drank 2 to 3 cups of coffee, 3 to 5 cups of tea, or 4 to 6 cups in combination of the two daily were at 32% lower risk of stroke and 28% lower risk of dementia over a 10 to 14 year period.
